Need jest configuration(s) for Angular 17

I have a Angular 17 project that I am migrating into. I'm moving in code piece by piece and want to get a jest configuration in place. This includes running the *.spec.ts files as well as basic SomeService.test.ts (maybe spec is just a naming thing). I also need vscode launch configurations as well (run jest and run jest on current open file).
