Need a full stack mobile app developer

Need a full stack mobile app developer with experience working node js as a backend with experience in type script and Ionic as frontend with the database in firebase. We have an ongoing app that store 1-2 mins of videos and list the same on the app. The application has a backend where the admin uploads the videos, and the same videos will be shown in the app. We need a marketing module to send the notifications out to the users for the daily videos uploaded by the admin as a push notification. The admin will create the marketing campaigns, and a schedule will be set for each video link to be sent to the users for each day of the week. More details are to be shared with the right candidate.
