Need a developer with knowledge of react js, react native and node.js

We have a web app that is in react in the front and node.js in the back. The database at the moment is MongoDB. We would like to:
1) Upgrade react theme to version 8 with node API and make the necessary checks that everything works with the backend and the mobile app it connects
