Need a developer to complete my web based platform/crm and app using next.js, react native and node

Platform was built by Bangladeshi developers who lost interest in the project after I paid them in full and introduced them to a new client. They have left me with an incomplete website with bugs, crm system which is very basic and not sufficient for a high volume customer usage and an app that has been designed to a very minimum standard and has not yet been made live on the app store.
I am now also having DNS issues as they have moved the site off of their servers on to my AWS but have not fully completed this.
I am not from a tech background, I am an education sector specialist so I need someone who can translate my requirements into tech talk to complete this project.
This is now urgent and there are live users on the platform.

Please only respond if you have experience of building multi-functional platforms from scratch. Also budget is limited for this as the previous developers have already been paid in full
