Need to build an ordering system for a resturant

I need to build an ordering system for a resturant like this system:

it can look like it, with same structure. Please try it as much you can before bid.
As you see the system belong a company called WeOrder.com, and via this system can multible resturants be added there. So the system I want must give the possibilty to add diffrent resturant (diffrent locations) that can have diffrent items and prices, images, cover images etc but under same system. Every resturant should have own page in the system.
The system should have open API to be able to connect it to other applications if needed in future.
The system must integrate to this system https://www.openpos.tech/en/ (read more about this system in thier site)
The system should have the possibility to connect to other platforms like "Foodora, Ubereats and Bolt eats".
The system must be built in these tech: Nodejs, Vue.js, Nuxt.js and mongodb/MySQL.
