Need an application to manage and do processing of multiple images

Hello,
We need an application to manage and do processing of multiple images. We get the jobs for image processing from international clients/firms. We do have agents to get the jobs from various clients.
We require logins for 1) Our Clients to Create Jobs, Upload Images through FTP, Accept or Reject Jobs, Track the statuses of their jobs and Make Payments.
2) Agents to Track the statuses of their clients' jobs and their commission details/job.
3) Admin to manage everything (He should have all the rights)
4) Managers to Assign Jobs (approved from Admin) to Workers, Follow up with both clients and workers until the jobs are completed successfully.
5) Workers to Accept or Reject Jobs, Process Jobs and Track their Jobs and Payments details.
