Need algorithm code built in Node JS for Wellness app.

The code needs to be written in Node JS.
There are three platforms to consider.
1. Web platform of a creator.
2. User app interface for android.
3. User app interface for ios.
The app is like the spotify of wellness. The algorithm needs to help pull the right content from the creator web platform when it is created, to then be used over to the user in ios and android.
Content creator tags, user onboarding experience, user location, creator culture, app trends, likes, follows, subscriptions, plus more will all play a factor in the design.
