Need to add a cancel order messaging service in nodejs existing project

I have a repo which has all the messaging service except the cancellation of order messaging service. So, I need someone who can add this feature with the given requirements . I need a nodes developer.Use shopify webhook to trigger the notification for the order canceleld.
Fetch the user information mapping the order number that got canceld from db collection [externallogs >> shopifyordersv3]
Template name : mars_order_cancellation [name, order id, ghc.health link as parameters ]
