I need a ReactJS front-end and back end developer with Mongo DB. The software uses TWILIO API integration.

REQUIRE DELIVERABLES:
1) Must show me how to backup Mongo DB and secure the DB from hackers.
2) Must create github or gitlab accounts and upload all source codes and share with me
3) The Mongo DB and source codes are hosted with AWS. Developer must help me to change server keys (.ppk or pem)
4) Must be familiar with TWILIO API.
5) Must advise me problems / issues / or better approach
