Need React/Node JS Developer

We have a stack of products that we have already built and going to build in React & Node JS.
Hence we need a developer who will work with our existing team to contribute on it.
A developer needs to be proactive, should have 3 years of experience in react and node.
Should be able to apply standard methodologies/practices/trends in development.
Should we able work with the team in daily stand-ups, communicate the progress of the work/ challenges if any very well.
