Need MERN based application

MERN based application for our StartUp (bootstrapped)

Functionalities:
- Detailed list of functionalities provided
- There are only 2 forms in total application
- This is only for Admin usage as we need APIs for Mobile Application development

Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in MERN stack development
- Knowledge in using Mongo Atlas
- Knowledge in implementing Firebase Cloud Messaging

Timeline:
- Project needs to be completed ASAP

Please provide examples of previous projects developed using MERN stack.
