Project Description:

I want to build an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for Esitcorn, a SaaS platform designed for construction contractors to simplify cost estimation.

Core Idea:

Contractors often waste time recalculating costs for each project. With Esitcorn, they will input product prices only once (cement, steel, tiles, etc.), and then for any new project, they simply enter the construction area (sq. ft./sq. m.). The system will automatically generate an estimate based on their saved product prices.

MVP Scope / Features:

Authentication:

Basic login/signup (email/password or Google SSO).

Product Database (per contractor):

Contractor adds/edit product details (name, unit price).

Store contractor-specific product lists.

Estimation Tool:

Contractor enters construction area.

System calculates total cost using stored product prices.

Simple formula-based calculation (e.g., area × material requirement × price).

Estimate Output:

Display estimated project cost.

Option to download/export estimate as PDF.

Basic Admin Panel (optional for MVP):

View registered contractors and usage.

Deliverables:

A working web app (MVP level) hosted on Vercel/AWS.

Backend (Node.js / Express / MongoDB or Firebase preferred).

Frontend (Next.js / React).

Clean, user-friendly UI (no heavy design needed for MVP).
