NGINX NODE WEBSOCKETS

I need some dev ops support for an NGINX NODE WEBSOCKETS setup. I have a specific problem where the server for some reason only allows 4 socket connections through. I do not believe it is a memory issue. The application runs fine on local. It is worth mentioning there are two applications that use the websockets. I am only interested in help from someone with genuine expertise on this problem space.
