.NET Core Backend Web API with ReactJS Integration

I'm looking for a skilled backend developer who can build a .NET Core backend Web API which will integrate seamlessly with a ReactJS frontend for a data-intensive application.

- **Data Volume**: The project involves handling a small scale of data, less than 1000 records, spread across 19 tables.
- **Database Preference**: We're looking to use PostgreSQL as the relational database for this project. So experience with this database is a plus.
- **Data Operations**: The backend is expected to support POST data to 3 tables and fetch data from the 19 tables based on some business logic.
- **Security**: The plan is to handle authentication and authorization using API keys. Familiarity with this method of security implementation would be beneficial.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proficiency in .NET Core and building web APIs
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and designing relational databases
- Previous experience with integrating backend APIs with ReactJS
- Understanding of API key based authentication
- Ability to implement complex business logic with data fetching operations
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
