Multiplayer Game Site Development
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m ready to lay the technical foundations for an online-multiplayer game site and need a developer who can take the idea from concept to a working, browser-based platform.
The first milestone is all about player management. Secure user authentication, account creation, and editable player profiles must be in place, wired to a database that scales without drama when traffic spikes. A clean, responsive front-end where new users register, verify their email, upload an avatar, and tweak basic profile settings is essential.
I’m still refining the exact genre, so the core gameplay module can remain a pluggable component; whether we ultimately plug in an action-adventure, strategy, or RPG engine, the account system you build should drop straight in and “just work.” Think of this as the backbone that future matchmaking, lobby chat, or leaderboard features will hook into later.
Deliverables
• Fully functional sign-up / sign-in flow (with email or social auth)
• Player profile dashboard (edit display name, avatar, basic stats)
• REST or GraphQL API documentation for all account endpoints
• Source code checked into a private Git repo with clear read-me for local setup
Acceptance Criteria
1. New user can create an account, receive a verification email, and log in.
2. Returning user can update profile data and see changes reflected immediately.
3. All endpoints protected against common auth exploits (SQL-i, XSS, CSRF).
4. Front-end passes Lighthouse audit score ≥ 90 on performance and accessibility.
Preferred stacks include Node.js + React or Django + Vue, but I’m open if you can justify another modern framework that delivers the same reliability and speed. Deploy to a test environment of your choice (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar) so I can review progress live before sign-off.
