Multi-Channel Communication Back-Office Tool

Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced developer (or a team) to create a sophisticated web-based back-office tool designed to streamline communication across multiple platforms, including email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and others. The primary function of this tool is to consolidate incoming messages from these varied channels into a single, unified interface where office users can easily manage and respond to communications.
Preferred framework: React, Next.js
Preferred database: MariaDB, MongoDB; later to be Amazon RDS for AWS
Core Features:
1. Multi-Channel Integration:
The tool should be capable of receiving messages from various communication channels including but not limited to:
- Email
- Website/App-Chat
- WhatsApp
- SMS
- Signal
- Facebook Messenger
- Instagram Direct
- Twitter
- more channels to be added
2. Unified Inbox:
A central inbox where all incoming messages are collected, sorted, and can be responded to directly.
3. Channel-Specific Response:
The ability to reply to each message on its originating platform, maintaining the context and convenience for both the user and the customer.
4. User-Friendly Interface:
An intuitive and easy-to-use dashboard that allows users to switch between conversations and channels without friction.
5. Real-Time Synchronization:
Ensure that the conversation flow is updated in real-time, reflecting the latest status across all channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with multi-channel communication systems.
- Strong proficiency in web development languages and frameworks suitable for this project (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with third-party APIs and webhooks for the specified communication channels.
- Experience with real-time data synchronization and web socket communication.
Project Deliverables:
- A fully functional back-office communication tool.
- Documentation detailing the architecture and codebase.
Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience with similar projects.
- Portfolio of past work that includes web tools or communication platforms.
- Client testimonials or references.
