Move my app to cloud from vps (Node.js Angular)

I have a flutter app and it's now running on vps server. Need a node.js and angular expert to move my app from vps to cloud server.
The person should have good experience in migrating the apps websites in node.js angular so can update and fix all issues on the way and can configure SSL also in domain which is now installed on existing server.
