(Monthly) Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + Python + GCP) — Healthcare Data Platform (AI-First)

We are building a HIPAA-compliant healthcare data platform that ingests, enriches, and transforms clinical data from EHR systems, wearables, and external healthcare partners.

Our platform:

• Ingests raw healthcare events
• Deduplicates and enriches data
• Maps data into standardized formats
• Separates PHI/PII from clinical data
• Routes processed data into analytics and care coordination systems

We are looking for a highly experienced senior full-stack developer to take ownership of our core backend platform.

This is not a junior or mid-level role.
You will be the primary engineer across two production services running on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and extend our ingestion backend (Node.js)
• Maintain and evolve our mapping/transformation service (Python)
• Design and implement secure healthcare data pipelines
• Ensure PHI separation and HIPAA compliance
• Debug production pipeline failures (Pub/Sub, DLQs, idempotency)
• Improve observability (structured logging, monitoring, alerts)
• Collaborate in an AI-first development workflow

Required Experience

• 5+ years professional backend development
• Strong production experience in both Node.js and Python
• Deep PostgreSQL knowledge (schema design, migrations, optimization)
• GCP experience (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL)
• Experience working with event-driven systems
• Comfortable debugging distributed systems
• Strong security mindset
