Responsibilities:
Developing and Maintaining Web Applications: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
Frontend Development: Build intuitive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and other frontend technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
Backend Development: Develop robust backend components using Node.js and Express.js, including RESTful APIs and server-side logic to support frontend functionalities.
Database Management: Design and implement database schemas using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.
Code Optimization and Performance Tuning: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize code for maximum speed and scalability, and implement efficient caching mechanisms.
Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and conduct thorough debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Version Control and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers, and utilize version control systems such as Git for collaborative development.
Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and actively contribute to innovation and improvement initiatives within the team.
Documentation: Document code consistently throughout the development process, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for reference purposes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
In-depth knowledge of the MERN stack and its components (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), as well as associated technologies and tools.
Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern UI frameworks/libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Bootstrap).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Proficiency in database management and query optimization using MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
