Modifying/enhancing a tutoring website (Front and backend)

The tutoring website offers live 1 on 1 classes and Group seminars, and later on looking at offering self-paced courses- students and teachers can sign up for an account -the site hosts a backend for admin, Teacher/Tutors and student accounts - Ive attached more technical details so that you can review, please read through all the documentation, would like to Redesign Site/revamp site to look similar to Italki.
