Need a NodeJS And ExpressJS Developer to add small feature to a existing open source Nodejs application.

I want the option to set Data usage limit for individual users and option to view their current usage.
currently this application shows speed and data usage when hovered over the download/upload speed icon. but it resets everytime server is restarted. so it should be persistent.
N:B: this application can also run as a docker image.
