Modification of existing open source program

Modification is to add ability to request off in quarter increments not just half.

Modification is to add ability to request off in quarter increments not just half.
Today program has a drop down and calendar for from date and the same for the to date. The drop down options are 'All day', 'Morning, Afternoon.
Just need to make options allowing someone to come in a quarter late, or leave a quarter early and deduct .25 instead of .50 when you would say Morning or Afternoon.
The other modification is allowing manual adjustments down to .25 today it's .50, I saw in the code and tested changing it, it worked just want someone to check themselves
