**Project Overview:**
We run a fast-moving mobile phone business (new + used + exchange). Our stock changes frequently, and we receive high-volume customer inquiries via WhatsApp.

We want to build a **fully automated WhatsApp chatbot system** using WhatsApp Business API (via Aisensy or similar) that dynamically fetches stock data from Google Sheets and responds intelligently to customers.

Create a system that can act as a **24/7 digital salesperson**, automatically showing available phones based on customer queries.

**Scope of Work:**

### 1. WhatsApp Chatbot Integration

* Integrate chatbot with WhatsApp API (Aisensy or direct API)
* Instant automated replies
* Smooth fallback to human agent when needed

### 2. Real-Time Google Sheets Integration

* Fetch live stock data from Google Sheets
* Reflect updates instantly (no manual refresh)
* Support multiple sheets:

* Our stock
* Dealer stock (optional)

### 3. Intelligent Product Filtering

Bot must understand natural queries such as:

* “iPhone under 20000”
* “Samsung 8GB RAM”
* “Best phone under 15000”

Filter based on:

* Brand
* Budget
* Model
* Storage
* Availability

### 4. Automated Response System

* Return matching products with:

* Model Name
* Price
* Storage
* Condition (optional)
* Send product images (via links or catalog)
* If no match → suggest closest alternatives
* If user shows interest → transfer to human

### 5. Dealer Stock Handling

* Integrate dealer stock from separate sheet
* Clearly mark as “Available on order”

### 6. Simplicity & Usability (Critical)

* System must be simple for non-technical users
* Minimal manual work after setup
* Clear instructions/training required

* Handle multiple simultaneous users
* Stable and reliable performance

**Technical Expectations:**

* Strong experience with WhatsApp API integrations
* Experience with Google Sheets API
* Use of Webhooks / automation tools
* Backend (Node.js / Python preferred but flexible)
