Mobile App for Bike Riders Club

I'm looking for a mobile app for my bike riders club, aimed at facilitating the hiring and task assignment for Ride Leaders. These hosts or trip guides will represent the club, leading rides and providing services.

Key Features:
- The app's front page should include options to enroll, login, and admin login.
- The main page should display a column of upcoming rides, allowing the leader to accept or decline.
- An option for trip reimbursement should also be included.
- The operating structure should be akin to the Rapido model.

Technical Requirements:
- A clean OS build for both Android and iOS.

The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in mobile app development.
- Understanding of designing user-friendly interfaces.
- Ability to create seamless cross-platform applications.
- Previous work on similar "ride-sharing" models would be a plus.

User Roles:
- The app should support a Ride Leader and Admin role.
- Club Members will interact through the Ride Leaders.

Authentication Methods:
- The app should support Email and password, Social media login, and Phone number OTP for authentication.
