Mlm Type website (web app)

I am looking for an experienced web developer to create a web app for me which needs to be of the MLM type. To execute this project, I will need the developer to utilize Node JS as the main programming language - it is important that the developer has experience working with this. It must also have a user account system and an accompanying payment system. Ultimately, the task of the developer is to design and create a secure and reliable web app that meets all my requirements.
