Migrate Two Laravel Sites & Nodes from EC2 to a VPS

Job ID: 40588822

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I currently run two modest Laravel-based websites on separate AWS EC2 instances, while their accompanying Node processes live together on a third instance. I’m ready to leave AWS and would like everything rebuilt on Hivelocity VPSs running Ubuntu.

The plan is straightforward:
• Both Laravel sites must be moved and consolidated onto a single VPS.
• The two Node processes will share their own VPS and should be hosted on separate ports. I’m not looking for a fresh install—please copy over every existing node configuration file, environment variable, cron, and logrotate rule so the services behave exactly as they do now.
• SSL, queues, schedulers, and any storage or cache layers already in use (Redis, Supervisor, etc.) should come across intact.
• DNS and zero-downtime cut-over are part of the job so users never notice the switch. I will make the switch when the final VPS are configured.

Deliverables will be accepted once each site and node service is reachable on their new public IPs, passes a quick smoke test, and systemctl shows everything starting automatically after reboot.

SSH keys and current instance details will be provided as soon as we agree on a schedule. If you have experience moving Laravel + Node stacks between clouds and can complete this with minimal interruption, let’s get started.
