Migrate Dynamic form builder type Application

I am looking for an individual Freelancer (experienced in React, Typescript, Node.js, ANT Design) to firstly review the project scope and then work over the coming months to migrate the application. I do not have a deadline. I'm happy to work with a freelancer around their schedule (working on this project when time allows) and quite flexible.
I am looking for the freelancer to have significant input on the low level design is these technologies are not my core competency.
