We’re hiring a freelancer or small team to build a production-grade Microsoft Teams chatbot that acts as a smart virtual assistant for employees in the gas, water, and electricity sectors.
This is not a prototype — this will be deployed live to a 160+ user base. You must be able to deliver a fully functional, secure, and polished bot within 6 weeks from project start.

• Build a Teams-integrated chatbot (Node.js, Python, or C#)
• Use OpenAI (GPT-4 via API) to answer user queries intelligently
• Develop or connect to a structured knowledge base (we’ll provide content)
• Package as a Microsoft Teams app with manifest, bot registration, and proper permissions
• Use Adaptive Cards or structured UI for response formatting (links, definitions, etc.)
• Host on Azure Bot Service, deployed and production-ready
• Implement basic usage logging + error handling
