Request for Quote for slot(Note: It will show a general price range to give an idea).
D: How will the booking be distributed?
System Task: The first task will be to get the location of the user and filter out the services available for his city/region(geo-fence using pincode) based on the available service providers.
Note: Admin will set either of the one method for the whole system globally, or service wise.
Method 1: Automated Booking Distribution of Booking:
End User will choose the required service available in his region
End user will choose the slot available(extracted from all service provider available slots)
After clicking on booking the slot or request for quote, the end user’s request will be sent to the most nearby service provider available for the requested slot. (Just like Uber model)
If it’s a fixed price booking the service provider can either accept or decline and if declined, the system will send the request to other service provider(like Uber model)
If the service provider accepts the booking then the end user is notified for the payment and the user completes the payment to confirm the booking.
If its request for quote then quote and counter quote process proceeds till it's either cancelled or finalized with the price. The rest of the process is the same for payment and booking confirmation.
Method 2: Admin Managed Booking Distribution:
End User will choose the required service available in his region
End user will choose the slot available(extracted from all service provider available slots)
After clicking on booking the slot or request for quote, the end user’s request will be sent to admin on a booking distribution panel. This panel will show the system preferred service provider sorted by nearby and availability. The admin can do more sorting and filters within that list(based on multiple ratings: On-time, Service Satisfaction and Professionalism). The admin then assigns the booking request manually to the service provider.
If it’s a fixed price booking the service provider can either accept or decline and if declined, the system will inform admin and the previous step will be repeated again by admin for assignment.
If the service provider accepts the booking then the end user is notified for the payment and the user completes the payment to confirm the booking.
If its request for quote then quote and counter quote process proceeds till it's either cancelled or finalized with the price. The rest of the process is the same for payment and booking confirmation.
E: Service Provider’s Signup, Profiling and Get Ready to serve:
→ The Service provider signup will be done via app only through OTP SMS based signup.
→ The initial signup will create a service provider user in the system with a mobile number only.
→ Now, to activate a service for selling the user must complete his profile mandatory part:
Full Name
Service Provider’s Image
Email ID
Business Name(If it’s a business)
Email ID of Business(If it’s a business)
GST Number(If it’s a business)
PAN
Adhaar
Full Address fields with Lat-Long(Using Google Map API)
Bank Details(for offline payment settlement)

→ Once submitted the profile info the admin will be notified for KYC approval. The admin can approve or disapprove with comments which the user can see in email and edit the info accordingly to submit the revised profile for approval.
→ Admin will have the option to set either automated or manual allowance for service providers to activate any service in their profile. This setting can be done globally or per service wise.
→ The services which would have been set for manual allowance will require admin approval if a service provider wants to add in his/her profile. Once approved the service provider is ready to get the service
F: Commission
→ The admin can set commission in fixed amount or percentage:
Globally (Priority: Low)
Per Service Wise(Priority: Medium)
Per Service Provider Wise(Priority: High)
→ If there is a case that all three above are set for a service provider then the higher priority one will be considered and applied.
