Hello,

I have developed a full frontend for a healthcare app like Practo named **MedUAE**.
The complete UI (for both mobile app and admin dashboard) is ready using **v0.dev** and exported in **React Native**.

✅ I need a developer to complete the backend integration and help generate final builds for Android (APK) and iOS (TestFlight or IPA).

? Key Requirements:
- Setup backend using Firebase or Node.js
- Connect frontend UI with database (Firestore or MongoDB)
- Implement OTP-based login via Firebase Auth or Twilio
- Set up APIs for:
- Doctor booking
- Pharmacy orders
- Lab test booking
- Blog/Feed system
- Nursing at home service
- Video consultation (30 min limit via Jitsi/Zoom/WebRTC)
- Connect and power the Admin Panel for managing users, doctors, blogs, etc.
- Final builds for:
- ✅ Android (APK)
- ✅ iOS (TestFlight / IPA via Expo)
