The platform centralizes all business activities into a single environment, eliminating spreadsheets and manual records, while providing a clear, real-time view of business performance.
Problem Solved
Small businesses face daily organizational challenges: managing customers, service history, inventory, financial control, scheduling, and work orders. This system unifies all these areas, reducing manual errors, optimizing team time, and improving the customer experience.
Features
Customers: Full registration (CPF/CNPJ), service history, linked vehicles, advanced search
Vehicles: License plate, brand, model, year, mileage, maintenance history
Scheduling: Interactive calendar, availability check, status, confirmation/cancellation
Work Orders: Services, parts, labor, status (open, approved, in progress, completed), budget approval
Inventory: Parts registration, suppliers, stock movements (in/out), low stock alerts
Finance: Accounts receivable (linked to work orders), accounts payable, cash flow, reports
Reports: Export to Excel and PDF, revenue charts, most performed services, transactions
Users & Roles: Access control with roles (ADMIN, ATTENDANT, MECHANIC), granular permissions
Dashboard: Real-time indicators, monthly revenue charts, work orders by status, top services
