The project will require starting from scratch. Empty document already setup with expressjs and http/https. You will be coding for NodeJS, Socket.IO, and WebRTC. The protocol must look and function like TinyChat, with a maximum of 16 cam slots. Menus must have the same options as tinychat. Do not bid if you are unable to create this website with the above requirements and make it functional within your bid deadline. Reminder there is no template already, You must create it all including register, register does not need a database for now you can send it to a JSON class or file.
