Machine Learning GCP Detect faces API

I need someone that has worked with GCP Detect Face API: ( https://cloud.google.com/vision/docs/detecting-faces#vision_face_detection-nodejs)
Node.js and MongoDB Is required and React.js is helpful. I need someone to be able to place this within our system. User need to upload an image and ML GCP API need to filter faces online and block: Adult Content, Medical, Spoof, Violence and racy content.
