MSG91 SMS API & Jio DLT OTP Integration Expert Needed

I am looking for an experienced developer who can configure and fix OTP delivery issues for my mobile application using MSG91 SMS gateway and Jio DLT.

Current Issue:
OTP messages sometimes fail with the error “Invalid SMS Timing on DLT.” We need the system configured correctly so OTP works 24x7 without any timing restrictions.

Scope of Work:
• Check MSG91 account configuration
• Verify Jio DLT template and header mapping
• Fix OTP template integration with API
• Ensure correct route (service / transactional) is used
• Test OTP delivery across networks (Jio, Airtel, VI)
