MERN project-management-tool website

I am looking to have a full-fledged project management tool website built with MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node JS) stack. The project management tool should include the features of task management, team collaboration and time tracking. I have a rough idea of a design for the website but need help with the implementation. Additionally, I have specific technologies in mind that I need used for the project. Therefore, the developer has to be knowledgeable on the required technologies.
