MERN Developer(Part-Time | Project Coordinator & Tech Mentor)

Brilliancee Technologies is looking for a MERN Developer who can take up a part-time role as a Project Coordinator & Technical Mentor & guide our team of MERN Full Stack Developer Interns. This is a 9 AM - 5 PM time office job .
? Responsibilities:
✅ Project Monitoring: Oversee the progress of MERN Stack projects and ensure smooth execution.
✅ Doubt Solving: Be available on Microsoft Teams to assist interns by sharing screens and solving errors in their projects and code.
✅ Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance and support on JavaScript, MERN Stack, TypeScript, React.js, React Native, Node.js, and full-stack development.
✅ Error Resolution: Debug issues in both frontend and backend, ensuring high-quality code.
✅ Meeting Scheduling & Coordination: Conduct daily meetings to take inputs from clients and interns.
✅ Follow-Ups & Task Tracking: Regularly follow up with the team, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
✅ Reporting & Communication: Observe team requirements and escalate important updates to management.
✅ Collaboration & Training: Assist interns in understanding and implementing project tasks effectively.
? Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Strong technical expertise in JavaScript, MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), TypeScript, React Native, and full-stack development.
? Experience in corporate environments with hands-on project management and mentoring.
? Problem-solving ability to debug and resolve code errors efficiently.
? Effective communication skills to coordinate between interns, clients, and management.
