Looking for a software engineer who can handle projects of various stacks

I am seeking a skilled Software Engineer who can take on a medium-sized project of various stacks. The ideal candidate is experienced in creating quality code while adhering to best practices, is capable of working independently and can complete a project from start to finish. I do not have an existing codebase and am looking for someone to develop the entire project for me. The project should include full stack development since I need a specialist who can handle the entire web stack - from front to back. Additionally, I need someone who is comfortable with technologies such as HTML, CSS, React / Redux, NodeJS and MongoDB.
