Right now it only works for CJS packages, and uses wrapper from to support esm packages.
We created an initial PR to support ESM natively but we couldn't get this working.
We want our webpack configured to support esm natively. So only fully experience in webpack v5 and Node 16 with esm should only applied to this position.
