Looking for a Node Js developer who can create a api request and call back feature code

I am looking for a Node.js developer who can create an API request and callback feature code. The project requires the following skills and experience:

What you have to do:

Write a node js code, in which it send one post request with 2 parameters
1. imagetype and 2. callbackurl

once the request is fired from node js it will reach a camera and camera will return status 0 (if success) . Once it success camera will use the given callbackurl and send a POST request in https:\\callbackurl .Basically this api will be defined in the node js code and it should print the data from camera system.

API Request and Callback Feature:
- The project requires the use of REST API with JSON response.
- The API should have specific endpoints that I will provide.
- The project is simple, with a few standard features.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in Node.js development.
- Proficiency in working with REST APIs and handling JSON responses.
- Familiarity with creating custom API requests and implementing callback features.
- Ability to work with specific endpoints provided by the client.
