Looking for C#+Node JS or GO Expert to finish the project.

Hello,

We made a project, but the freelancer ran away after he done 90% of the project.

There is few bugs to be fixed also. I will give the details.

The project coded with;

Electron JS (client side, EXE)
Node JS (serverside, node app.js)
If you are Go coder, you can code from scratch.

The logic inside can be changed. I'm okay to change all the codes and frameworks.

Main Idea :

I want to create an exe file. It will install automatically, make the client 'proxy server' and communicate with the middle server. I want to use client (who ran the exe) as a proxy server and connect them as a proxy user. You can see the running examples in video I uploaded. Please check.

The logic in source codes needs to be improved also. There is some mistakes. I can explain you.

I want this project to be done. I don't have time. I need a developer who will start and finish immediately.
