Looking to Acquire or License an Existing Crypto Analytics / Smart Wallet Tracking SaaS
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
We are looking to acquire or license an already developed crypto analytics or smart wallet tracking SaaS platform related to blockchain data analysis / EXPERT OR SENIOR DEVELOPERS ONLY.
The objective is to accelerate the launch of a new crypto intelligence platform by working with developers or teams who already have a working product or prototype that can be adapted and expanded.
At this stage, we are not looking to build a project from scratch.
Instead, we want to review existing crypto platforms, dashboards, or SaaS tools that can be customized and further developed.

• Crypto wallet tracking tools
• On-chain analytics dashboards
• Smart money tracking platforms
• DEX trading analytics dashboards
• Crypto signals dashboards
• Token analytics platforms

Platforms connected to chains such as:
• Ethereum
• Solana
• Base
• Arbitrum
are especially interesting.

Ideally the platform should already include some of the following:

• Transaction history parsing
• Token analytics
• Profit and loss tracking
• On-chain data visualization
• Crypto dashboards
• User accounts and authentication

Version 1 Requirements
For Version 1, we want to launch a functional SaaS that includes:
• Crypto wallet tracking
• Analytics dashboards
• User accounts and authentication
• Admin panel
• Membership / subscription system
• Referral and compensation system
The compensation system must already be included in Version 1, allowing users to refer other members and earn commissions.
The model will follow a multi-level referral structure where users can earn commissions for bringing new members to the platform.

Collaboration Options
We are open to two possible collaboration models.
Option 1 — Full Acquisition
Purchase of the full source code and intellectual property of the platform.
This allows us to:
• modify the platform
• deploy it on our own infrastructure
• scale the platform independently
• commercialize the product freely.

Option 2 — Licensing With Buyout Option
We are also open to a long-term licensing agreement, provided that the agreement includes the option to acquire the full source code in the future.
The goal of this option is to:
• launch the platform quickly
• validate the business model
• potentially acquire the software later.

Only developers with proven experience in crypto or blockchain projects will be considered.
Applicants must demonstrate previous work in areas such as:
• Blockchain analytics platforms
• Crypto dashboards
• Web3 applications
• DeFi tools

• portfolio of blockchain-related work
Proposals without verifiable blockchain experience will not be considered.
