Long-Term Full Stack MERN Developer

**Description:**
We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team and help turn innovative ideas into reality. This is a long-term, hourly-based project where you'll be working closely with an existing project team, including a lead developer. We're looking for someone with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, React, Node.js).
- Participate in daily standup meetings via Microsoft Teams to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the team on API development and integrations.
- Work on Chrome Plugin development, or be willing to learn this skill.
- Contribute to a dynamic team environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ensure high-quality code and technical documentation.
- Work with cloud services, especially Azure.
- Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment.
- Optionally, work with Amazon SP API and Python as needed.
**Required Skills:**
- **At least 4 years of relevant experience** with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, React, Node.js).
- **Experience with Azure** for cloud-based deployments.
- **Strong understanding of RESTful APIs** and API integrations.
- **Good communication skills in English.**
- **Willingness to work in a team** environment and participate in regular team meetings.
- **Availability to work at least 4 hours overlapping with core team hours.**
- **Experience with Docker** for container management and deployment.
**Desirable Skills:**
- **Experience with Chrome Plugin development** or willingness to learn.
- **Python experience** is a plus.
- **Familiarity with Amazon SP API** is a plus.
