Lit Web Component Project Setup

I'm looking for a skilled developer to assist in setting up a simple node project for web component development with Lit, Web Components. The main goals of this project are:
- Generating the Jetbrains web-types.json with a configuration in the project to re-generate it.
- Creating a node project, including a basic index.html page.
- Providing clear instructions on how to use the web components and the accompanying code.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Lit and Web Components
- Strong understanding of Node.js, particularly targeting the latest stable version for compatibility
