Lighthouse - performance - information about improvement

My Website needs a better performance - Lighthouse says - its shitty ;)
i know on some pages - i need to make the pictures smaller.

but thats not enought to get over 60 percent from performance

NEED some IDEAS from you.
I pay for the Idea a little bit - and then i do great bonus - if we archive our goals.

If we get all pages over 80
=> i will pay additional 100dolla

=> if we get all pages over 90
=> i will pay additional (to the 20 dolla for the idea) 200dolla

=> if we get all pages over 95
=> i will pay additional (to the 20 dolla for the idea) 300 dollars

I guess somebody who has the right knowledge could help us in less than 30 minuts to improve our performance easily!!
