This system will consist of an admin dashboard, a library staff portal, and a student/faculty portal, aiming to streamline query handling and enhance communication between library patrons and staff.

Admin Dashboard:
Secure login for administrator.
Real-time monitoring of incoming queries.
Assignment and reassignment of queries to library staff.
Query status tracking and management.
User management (add, update, delete library staff and users).

Library Staff Portal:
Accessible via secure login.
Receive and view assigned queries.
Update query status (e.g., open, in progress, resolved).
Communicate with users to gather additional information.
Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and answers.
Generate reports on query statistics and resolution times.

Student/Faculty Portal:
Login for library patrons (students and faculty).
Submit new queries with detailed descriptions.
Track the status of submitted queries.
View solutions or responses from library staff.
Access a history of past queries and their resolutions.
Chatbot integration for automated responses to common queries.
Integration with email notifications for updates and responses.
