I’m building an online Justice Hub focused on delivering real-time legal consultation services to fellow legal professionals. The core of the project is a browser-based platform where verified lawyers log in, manage their calendars, and meet clients or colleagues securely.
Key elements I need developed:
• Appointment booking – an intuitive scheduler that lets users set their availability, accept or decline requests, and pushes confirmations or reminders by email and, if feasible, SMS.
• Document sharing – a secure upload/download area tied to each appointment so parties can exchange briefs, evidence, or contracts with role-based permissions and automatic version history.
The flow should feel as effortless as modern tele-health portals: sign in, choose an available slot, exchange files, and meet (video or chat component is welcome if you already have a reliable plug-in or API in mind).
Acceptance criteria for hand-over:
• Responsive web app (desktop, tablet, phone) built on a well-supported stack such as React + Node, Vue + Laravel, or Django – I’m flexible if maintenance is straightforward.
• Encrypted storage for files, GDPR-style consent prompts before uploads.
• Calendar sync with Google or Outlook.
• Admin dashboard where I can onboard practitioners, monitor storage usage, and export basic analytics.
• Clear deployment guide and commented source code in English.
