Koa Node.js Backend with MySQL

I need a full-stack application developed with the following specifications:

Backend All the backend services you develop should provide a Node JS based RESTful API running on Codio. This must communicate with your application using the JSON data format. You should use the Koa Node JS framework to build the backend. Do not use other frameworks.
Database You should only use MySQL for your database. Do not use other databases.
Frontend For your frontend, it should be a ReactJS single page application (SPA) web client. Do not use a different framework.


Backend:
- Node.js based RESTful API
- Built using Koa framework (no other frameworks)
- MySQL as the sole database

Frontend:
- ReactJS single-page application (SPA)
- Must communicate with the backend using JSON data format

Authentication:
- JWT (JSON Web Tokens)

Operations:
- Support for CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations
- Role-based access control (RBAC) is currently undecided

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Node.js, Koa, MySQL, and ReactJS
- Experience with JWT authentication and implementing CRUD operations
- Familiarity with role-based access control is a plus
