1. Deliverables
The Client has appointed the Developer to perform the services pertaining to the development of this web and mobile application as described in ANNEXURE – A – Slide 1 to Slide 33
The Developer agrees to conduct weekly meetings with the Client to establish the project’s current status.
The Developer agrees to provide all project files, user guides, and application credentials to the Company upon completion of this web and mobile application development agreement.
3. Compensation
The Parties have agreed that the payments listed below are fair and just for the services being provided for in ANNEXURE A – Slide 39. All payments shall be invoiced to the Company no later than 10 days from project completion.
Invoices will be due on payment terms as agreed by the Parties.
4. Term
This web and mobile application development agreement shall become effective as of the agreement date and will continue until 6 months maintenance post completion of all services and approved by the Company or termination is requested by either party.
The Technology to be used, the timelines for the project, the roadmap, agreed cost, payment system, etc. are all been agreed and detailed in ANNEXURE A – Slide 33 to 39 and shall be considered as part of this Agreement.
The Service Level agreement is also attached.
If you as the freelancer developer accept our project - then it will be considered that you have read and accepted the Project timelines/cost / deliverables in the attached Project document and also the service level agreement in the attached SLA document - which is uploaded with this project.
