IoT device frontend developer

We have a IoT device collecting data through modbus serial/tcp from various devices. We want a developer who can make a web based front end for visualization & control along with data analysis through trend & report . Also need to link the sms api for custom acknowledgement for the customer. Node js, Vue js / Dot Net will be the preferred language for this project
