Internal Task & Report Manager
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking an experienced Typescript, node and React developer to create a the default layout and components for an internal metric tracking website with token/bearer based authentication against postgresql.
**Key Features Required:**
Every page should be a rendered via a react component (no html or js files). It should also be clear and easy to add new pages and routes to the application.
The default page is a login page. With a generic logo a username and password field and a login button. Upon clicking the login button a post request should be made to a simple backend typescript based node.js service that will check the username and password agains the username and password stored in the DB.
If the credentials match a session token is generated that every page will validate when loading. The user should then be redirected to a dashboard page. This page should include a default D3.js chat (data doesn't matter). As well as links to a settings page and a report page. The settings and report pages should have links back to the dashboard page.
Every page on load should check the validity of the session token and if invalid the user should be directed to the login page.
Clean and simple pages are required. Please use tailwind for css formatting. Clear and simple instructions on how to setup a local environment using the latest react (18) and node (20.11.0) versions are a key requirement to this project.
The idea is to provide a scaffolding for developers less familiar with React to get started and focus on creating components for the specific pages instead of spending countless hours getting the dev environment setup.
